Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of SEOCHECK.io, including our website, reports, dashboards, monitoring features, AI-assisted tools, APIs, billing flows, and related services. By creating an account, purchasing a plan, or otherwise using the service, you agree to these terms.

Acceptance of these terms

You accept these Terms of Service when you:

  • create an account
  • click to accept the terms in signup, checkout, invitation, or similar flows
  • access or use any part of SEOCHECK.io

If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the service.

Eligibility and authority

You must be legally able to enter into a binding agreement to use SEOCHECK.io. If you use the service on behalf of a company, client, or other entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these terms.

Accounts and security

You are responsible for:

  • providing accurate account, billing, and workspace information
  • keeping your credentials, devices, and verification methods secure
  • controlling access to your account, team seats, and site workspaces
  • activity that occurs under your account except to the extent caused by our breach of these terms

You must notify us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised or used without authorization.

We may require email verification, support password reset and two-factor authentication flows, and offer Google sign-in where enabled.

The service

SEOCHECK.io provides software and hosted tools intended to help users evaluate website trust, quality, content, technical issues, and related public signals. Features may include automated scans, reporting, monitoring, AI-assisted explanations, team workspaces, exports, billing controls, and related workflow tools.

We may add, remove, update, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. If we materially reduce a paid core feature, we will use commercially reasonable efforts to provide advance notice where practical.

Customer content and inputs

You may submit URLs, sitemap data, files, prompts, messages, team information, and other content in order to use the service. You retain ownership of your content.

You grant us a limited, non-exclusive right to host, store, process, transmit, reproduce, and display that content only as needed to provide, secure, maintain, improve, and support the service.

You represent and warrant that:

  • you have the rights and permissions needed to submit the content
  • your use of the service and submitted content does not violate applicable law or third-party rights
  • you will not submit unlawful, infringing, deceptive, or harmful material

Public reports and shared workspaces

Some reports or outputs may be shared within a workspace or made accessible publicly, depending on the feature and settings in use. You are responsible for deciding what you submit and what you share. Do not submit confidential or regulated content unless you have assessed the risks and have the right to do so.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • use the service for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, deceptive, or unauthorized purposes
  • interfere with the security, integrity, or availability of the service
  • probe, scan, reverse engineer, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems, models, accounts, or data
  • upload malware, exploit code, or harmful automation
  • use the service to send spam, generate abusive traffic, or facilitate attacks on others
  • misrepresent reports, scores, or AI-generated output as legal, compliance, financial, medical, or other professional advice
  • use the service in a way that infringes intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other third-party rights

We may investigate suspected misuse and suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe a violation has occurred.

AI-assisted features

SEOCHECK.io may include AI-assisted summaries, explanations, or chat features. AI output can be incomplete, inaccurate, outdated, biased, or unsuitable for your circumstances. You are responsible for reviewing and validating any AI-generated output before relying on it.

You are also responsible for the prompts, files, and other material you submit to AI-assisted features.

Billing, subscriptions, and credits

Some features require a paid subscription, usage-based capacity, or one-time purchases such as credit packages. Pricing, limits, included features, billing intervals, and usage rules are described on the relevant pricing page, plan configuration, order form, or checkout flow in effect when you purchase.

You agree to:

  • pay all fees, taxes, and charges associated with your account
  • keep a valid payment method on file when required
  • authorize us and our payment processors to charge recurring and one-time fees that you approve

Unless otherwise required by law or stated in writing:

  • fees are charged in the currency shown at checkout
  • paid subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled
  • cancellations and downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period unless stated otherwise in the service
  • payments already charged are non-refundable

If the service uses credits or similar usage balances, those balances may be reduced based on feature use, model usage, or other clearly described consumption rules.

We may suspend paid features or the full service for failed payment or chargeback risk.

Third-party services

The service may integrate with or rely on third-party services, including Stripe, Google, Resend, Vercel, Sentry, and other hosting, authentication, analytics, monitoring, or AI providers. Those services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

We are not responsible for third-party services we do not control.

Intellectual property

SEOCHECK.io, including our software, branding, visual design, documentation, templates, and related intellectual property, is owned by us or our licensors and protected by applicable law.

Except for the limited rights expressly granted in these terms, nothing in these terms gives you ownership of SEOCHECK.io or our intellectual property.

Availability, beta features, and support

We aim to keep the service available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted, secure, or error-free operation.

We may label features as beta, preview, experimental, or early access. Those features may change more frequently, may be incomplete, and may be discontinued at any time.

Suspension and termination

You may stop using the service at any time.

We may suspend or terminate your access immediately if:

  • you materially breach these terms
  • payment is overdue or reversed
  • your use creates legal, security, reputational, or operational risk
  • we are required to do so by law or by a provider on which the service depends

Upon termination:

  • your right to use the service ends immediately
  • we may disable or delete access to accounts, workspaces, reports, and related data in accordance with our retention practices
  • provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect

Disclaimers

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the maximum extent permitted by law. We disclaim all warranties, express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement.

In particular, we do not warrant that:

  • the service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free
  • reports, scores, explanations, or recommendations will be complete, accurate, or suitable for your use case
  • defects will be corrected on any specific timeline
  • the service will always be free of harmful components or third-party outages

SEOCHECK.io provides informational software tools only. It does not provide legal, compliance, accounting, medical, cybersecurity, or other professional advice.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, goodwill, data, or business interruption arising out of or related to your use of the service.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for all claims arising out of or related to the service will not exceed the greater of:

  • the amounts you paid us for the service during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim
  • 100 USD

Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold us harmless from claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of or related to:

  • your content
  • your misuse of the service
  • your breach of these terms
  • your violation of applicable law or third-party rights

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. If we make material changes, we will post the updated version on this page and update the effective date above. Continued use of the service after the updated terms take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Governing law

These Terms of Service are governed by the law specified in your order form or other written agreement with us. If no governing law is specified there, the applicable law and venue will be determined by the location of the contracting SEOCHECK.io entity, subject to any mandatory consumer-protection laws that apply to you.
